Cost:   $90 for 8 weeks or $15 weekly

For all ages and levels. Chris will gently guide you through simple stretches, breathing, relaxation and meditation.

BYO yoga mat or blanket.

CAFE CHAT

Starts: 5th February

Time: 10 - 11am   Fortnightly

Location: Cafe 202, but may be Somers, Bittern, Balnarring or even Shoreham. Check on Facebook for updates on location.

Come and have an informal chat and meet new friends. Share your ideas of what you want YOUR Community House. First tea or coffee is on the House.

CARE FOR THE CARERS GROUP

Start: 12th February each Fortnight

Cost: Free

Time: 10am - 11am

Do you care for a family member or friend? We
know how hard it can be and that you need a break
sometimes. Join us for a cuppa and chat, connect
with other Carers and know that you are not alone.
We can organise talks or outings for the group.
No need to book, just rock up.

MEN'S GROUP

Starts: 7th February

Time: 10am - 11am 

Cost: $2

Looking for something to do, somewhere to go. Get out of the house, stop annoying your partner. Join other men and have a cuppa and a chat, share your ideas and skills. This is a group for men, run by men. We can organise talks, classes, just about anything that interests you. 

SQUARE DANCING

Starts: 7th February

Time: 9.30 - 12 noon

Cost: $3 weekly

Have experience? Then you are welcome to join in this fun group while keeping and dancing the morning away.

HEART HEALTH

Date: 14th March

Time: 1-2pm

Cost: FREE

Keeping your heart healthy is important. Learn about simple things you can do every day.

Presented by Atticus Health.

From the Strong Aging Program, a gentler exercise class using a chair for balance, but still lots of fun.
