Come along and join the fun of Line Dancing. It’s easy, social and ideal for Beginners. You don’t require a partner but it’s even more fun if you bring a friend or two.

Art Therapy for Self Care

Starts: 13th of October

Time: 1 - 2pm for 8 weeks

Cost: $35 pp. per session

​MEN'S GROUP

Starts: 7th of October

Time: 10am - 12pm 

Cost: $2

Looking for something to do, somewhere to go. Get out of the house, stop annoying your partner. Join other men and have a cuppa and a chat, share your ideas and skills. This is a group for men, run by men. We can organise talks, classes, just about anything that interests you. 

 

EASY DOES IT FITNESS

Starts: 14th of October
Time:  10 - 10:45am
Cost:  $40 for 8 weeks or $8 weekly

From the Strong Aging Program, a gentler exercise class using a chair for balance, but still lots of fun.

Join a women’s full moon celebration circle with dancing, singing, sharing stories under moonlight.

October full moon is a time of spiritual growth and self-reflection, clarity, courage and change.
