Looking for something to do, somewhere to go. Get out of the house, stop annoying your partner. Join other men and have a cuppa and a chat, share your ideas and skills. This is a group for men, run by men. We can organise talks, classes, just about anything that interests you.
EASY DOES IT FITNESS

From the Strong Aging Program, a gentler exercise class using a chair for balance, but still lots of fun.

Join a women’s full moon celebration circle with dancing, singing, sharing stories under moonlight.
October full moon is a time of spiritual growth and self-reflection, clarity, courage and change.
